Preliminary Provisions

This document defines the rules of operation, the conditions for providing electronic services, and the procedure for concluding distance sales contracts via the online platform available at: https://jazzaltdel.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

The assortment offered in the Store is produced based on a print-on-demand model. The Seller declares that the clothing being the subject of the sale is based on standardized designs and is not subject to individual personalization (it does not possess the characteristics of a non-prefabricated item serving to satisfy individualized needs).

Infrastructure Requirements Proper use of the Store's resources, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, requires an IT device with Internet access, equipped with a properly configured web browser, as well as an active email account.

Electronic Services The Seller provides free electronic services through the Store, which include: maintaining a User Account and distributing an informational bulletin (Newsletter). User Account registration is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for completing a transaction. The Customer has the right to purchase Goods without undergoing the registration procedure (guest checkout). Contracts for the provision of electronic services are concluded for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient is entitled to terminate them with immediate effect and without stating a reason by sending an appropriate declaration to the email address: jazzaltdel@gmail.com.

Conclusion of Sales Contracts and Payment Terms

The presentation of Goods on the Store's pages does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).

An order is placed by adding selected products to the virtual cart, correctly filling out the form with contact and address details, selecting the delivery and payment method, and finally – confirming the operation with a button entailing an obligation to pay.

After the order is registered in the IT system, the Seller sends a declaration of acceptance of the order for processing to the email address provided by the Customer. The sales contract, which produces legal binding effects, is concluded at the moment this message is delivered.

The prices displayed in the Store are gross rates (including all applicable taxes) expressed in Polish currency (PLN).

The Customer is entitled to choose one of the following methods of settling the payment: a) Cashless transaction carried out via an integrated electronic payment system (Przelewy24), including BLIK or credit/debit card payment; b) Traditional bank transfer directly to the Seller's settlement account.

In the event of choosing a traditional bank transfer, the Customer is obliged to pay the full order amount within 7 calendar days. The ineffective expiration of this period results in the termination of the contract and cancellation of the order.

Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the prerogative to update the content of these Terms of Service in cases justified by objective legal or operational factors. Any changes, however, shall not infringe upon the rights acquired by Customers under contracts concluded before the modifications take effect. Regarding continuous services (such as the User Account or Newsletter), Customers will be informed about any changes electronically.
