Shipping and Delivery Policy

Due to the specific production nature of our business (print-on-demand), the time required to complete and prepare an order for shipment is extended. The maximum order processing time is up to 180 calendar days, calculated from the date the payment is successfully recorded.

By accepting the Terms of Service during the purchasing process, the Customer gives their explicit and voluntary consent for the Goods to be delivered within a period exceeding 30 days from the date the contract is concluded (in accordance with the requirements of Art. 43a sec. 1 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

The delivery methods provided by the Seller include: a) Delivery via the InPost network (24/7 Parcel Lockers / Paczkomaty); b) Courier service provided by InPost; c) Free personal collection at the following address: Józefów 9P, 95-002 Smardzew, Poland.

In the case of personal collection, the Customer will be notified of the Goods' readiness for pick-up via a separate email message.
