The governing law for obligations arising from these terms is Polish law. Matters not explicitly regulated herein are subject to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Out-of-court Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Seller and a Consumer may be resolved out of court. The Consumer has the right to submit a request for mediation to the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, utilize the advisory services of the District Consumer Ombudsman, or use the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
